Behaviour at limits:
This group defines the absolute operating
limits of Li-Ion batteries:
- |
Charge Cut-Off Voltage specifies the
maximum allowed voltage when charging. |
-
|
Discharge Cut-Off Voltage specifies the
minimum allowed voltage in discharge state. |
- |
Minimum charging temperature, as
specified in datasheets (for information only) |
- |
Minimum discharging temperature, as
specified in datasheets. This parameter is used to
challenge the internal resistance model at low discharge
temperature. |
- |
Maximum charge current, as specified in
datasheets (for information only) |
- |
Maximum discharge current. This
parameter is usually taken from datasheets. It can be modified for
cells available in the internal database: PVSyst applies a
consistency-check of the voltage model, and if the discharge
voltage at minimum temperature and maximum discharge current falls
below the discharge cut-off voltage, then the maximum discharge
current will be limited. This mechanism keeps the coherency of the
whole dataset. |
